Purchase data (Stripe)

When you purchase a Pro license, your name and email address are collected to create a checkout session and deliver your license key. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We never store your full credit card details. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

License and account data (Supabase)

Your email address and generated license key are stored in our database, operated by Supabase, Inc., to manage license activations and provide support. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Transactional emails (Resend)

Your email address is used to send you your license key and order confirmation via Resend, Inc. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Local preferences (desktop application)

The Scale Transposer Live desktop application stores your settings (selected scales, hotkey preferences, theme) locally on your device only. No usage data or telemetry is transmitted to our servers.

Server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not linked to your identity. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
