1. License Model

Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use Scale Transposer Live Pro on one (1) device at a time. One license key = one active device.

• The license is for personal or professional use by the licensee only.
• You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer the key to another person.
• Device transfer: If you replace your device or need to move the license, contact us at info@scaletransposer.com and we will reset your activation free of charge.
• The license grants access to lifetime updates for the purchased major version.

2. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important - loss of withdrawal right upon activation: As permitted by Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly consent - at the time of purchase - to the immediate delivery of digital content (license key). By activating your license key you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited. You are informed of and agree to this at checkout before your order is placed.

This does not affect your rights under our voluntary 7-day return policy below.

3. Voluntary 7-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee - even after you have activated your license key. No questions asked.

• Send a refund request to info@scaletransposer.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Include your order email address and, if available, your order or transaction ID.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
• Upon refund, your license key is deactivated and you must stop using the Pro features.

This voluntary policy is separate from and in addition to any statutory rights. It is a goodwill gesture and does not create any legal obligation for future purchases.

4. Payments

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Purchases are one-time payments; there are no recurring charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Scale Transposer Live (including all source code, design, and trademarks) remain with the developer. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply and cannot be excluded by this clause.
